Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced systems engineering professional to join our team in supporting and managing a large-scale Microsoft Configuration Endpoint Manager (MCEM) infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, supporting, and maintaining an enterprise-level environment encompassing over 130,000 servers and workstations. You will collaborate directly with Microsoft and third-party vendors to ensure the infrastructure remains current, secure, and operating at peak performance. Responsibilities:
Design, support, and manage Hilton's MCEM infrastructure to ensure patching and maintenance of 130,000+ servers and workstations Work directly with Microsoft and third-party vendors to keep infrastructure updated and in a healthy operational state Support and execute Windows 11 25H2 upgrade initiatives across the enterprise environment Manage and perform Office application upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting Assist with KPI vulnerability remediation efforts to maintain security compliance Address end-of-life Office software and hardware end-of-life transitions Develop and maintain Intune scripting solutions to support endpoint management Create and maintain Task Sequences for software and operating system deployments Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting across the enterprise environment Conduct routine tasks as directed under close supervision
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Configuration Endpoint Manager (MCEM) and SCCM administration Strong knowledge of Task Sequence creation and management Experience with SCCM client installation and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management Proficiency in Office application installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge Experience with 1E Nomad is a plus Familiarity with Delivery Optimization is a plus Experience with Microsoft Connected Cache is a plus Ability to work closely within a supervised environment with attention to detail and adherence to established processes
Experience:
7+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related discipline Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoint environments Proven experience with
