We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Cash Receipts (CR) modules to support a large-scale statewide ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, functional configuration, production support, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with State of Texas policies and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Cash Receipts modules.
Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, issue analysis, production support, and enhancement implementation.
Configure AR business units, customer master data, payment methods, accounting rules, aging IDs, item groups, collection processes, and security roles.
Monitor and support AR batch jobs, ensuring timely execution, issue resolution, documentation, and escalation.
Coordinate functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release management activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Project Costing, and legacy systems such as USAS and TINS.
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and implement delivered PeopleSoft configuration features.
Provide Tier-2 application support, incident management, and participate in Major Incident Management (P1/P2), Disaster Recovery, and Fiscal Year-End activities.
Deliver user training, prepare executive presentations, support audits, and ensure
WCAG 2.1
accessibility compliance.
Follow ITIL best practices and maintain system security, including NIST standards and multi-tenancy requirements. Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience performing PeopleSoft FSCM system configuration.
12+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft
FSCM 9.2
Accounts Receivable/Billing.
Extensive experience supporting CLIENT Financials in a large State of Texas environment.
Strong technical understanding of Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
Experience supporting Run My Jobs (RMJ), production support, change management, and functional project coordination.
Proven experience with State of Texas policies, fiscal year-end processing, security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy.
Experience providing Tier-2 support, managing incidents, Disaster Recovery testing, and executive-level communications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Accounts Payable, Purchasing/eProcurement, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, Travel & Expense, and Project Costing modules.
Previous experience supporting CPA legacy statewide financial systems.
Knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
