May work for a company software configuration management team and assist with all aspects of software configuration management, including software product and application reviews and analysis of system requirements. May work with software users to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration problems.

Job Description
Include:
- Ensure warranty policies align with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Customer Service - Telephone - Email contact
- Provide training to new dealers and distributors on warranty policies and procedures
- Review and process claims
- Adjust dealer address changes among various departments and system locations
- Be aware of KPIs and audit expectations
- Review extended warranties to ensure they comply with state requirements
- Assist distributor questions regarding pending or previously paid claims, contracts, and warranty coverage
- Work in cooperation with corporate IT resources to continue to improve Warranty Express functionality and reporting capability
- Identify potentially fraudulent activity among dealers
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong intellect and aptitude desired, along with ability to manage multiple and varied activities
- Good leadership and people skills, effective communication skills and an ability to prioritize and effectively solve problems
- Must have the ability to work in a cross functional capacity with internal and external teams
- Strong communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- General office equipment and admin experience - laptop, multi-line phone, copier, and document scanning
Experience:
- 1-2 years of fraud/warranty experience
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
