DESCRIPTION
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. As a SAP MDG Product Manager, you will maintain and develop the MDG functionality for Leo Production Systems keeping in mind requirements from customers and other stakeholders. This role will be responsible for building a long-term data Master Data Governance System aimed at improving process efficiency and master data accuracy. Key job responsibilities Build SAP MDG based product vision and solutions Ability to identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP and championing for utility/intuitiveness/simplicity of process/product Conduct Blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and produce detailed design documents reasoning from core needs, reasoning from core needs, challenging assumptions Identify change management and training needs, support creating training documentation and lead train the trainer sessions for Product changes Participate in strategic planning, roadmap discussions for SAP MDG solutions including contributions to Amazon 1yr-3yr annual planning Manage quarter planning, sprint planning, deployment for product feature enhancements bringing in business value, business impact and reasoning.

Govern the material lifecycle by enforcing standardization, harmonization, and compliance across all stages of material master data management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG configuration experience with a minimum of 2 full end-to-end implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on Material Master. Experience implementing and supporting SAP MDG solutions, including data modeling, governance frameworks, and workflow configuration. Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and master data lifecycle processes. Experience integrating SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA and core modules such as MM, PP, EWM, QM, and Finance. Hands-on experience with BRF+, workflow design, change request management, and data replication frameworks. Experience in troubleshooting data issues, workflow errors, and integration challenges.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP
HANA, SAP
Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs Experience working with end user or developer communities Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners Experience in
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
