Microsoft Project Full Job Description Position Description:
What You'll Do Project Support Excellence Support the Anvil project management and engineering teams in delivering successful projects. Provide essential information to project leaders for budget development and progress monitoring. Data Management Work with team members on daily maintenance of integrated project control systems used for scope development, effort estimation, and progress reporting against budgets. Reporting Coordination Prepare critical project deliverables including engineering cost estimates, weekly progress reports, and engineering change logs.What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications Education:
B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management preferredExperience:
Minimum 1 year in industrial engineering/constructionTechnical Skills:
Knowledge of earned value management methodologySoftware:
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Project skillsCommunication:

Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time. Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls. Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching. Must be able to lift 15 lbs if necessary. Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical materials. Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing. Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration. Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
