You will build detailed financial models, perform valuations, analyze financial statements, and prepare pitch books and client presentations. The role includes market and company research, due diligence support, and coordination with senior bankers and product partners. Responsibilities Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) for technology sector clients. Support execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including preparing pitch books and transaction materials. Conduct industry, company, and market research on technology trends, competitors, and deal activity. Assist in due diligence, data room management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare client-ready presentations, memos, and marketing materials with high attention to detail. Analyze financial statements and key performance metrics to assess company performance and valuation. Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners to develop client recommendations and strategic insights. Contribute to internal approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements for transactions. Use Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases to support analytics and reporting.
