Provides technical support for Western Region consumer litigation cases to improve service quality. Delivers technical assistance to BMW centers and MINI dealers by phone and through on-site visits for litigated vehicles. Documents all technical guidance and assistance accurately and thoroughly. Conducts vehicle inspections to assess eligibility for repurchase under federal and state laws. Exercises discretion to offer remedies including vehicle repurchase, repairs, goodwill payments, or loyalty credits. Applies deep knowledge of federal and state consumer warranty and fraud laws, particularly California standards, and clearly documents decision rationale for legal defense. Acts as a company representative and technical expert in legal proceedings, provides feedback to counsel and engineering leadership, and travels as required.WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
Vocational degree, technical degree, associate's degree in automotive technology, or Bachelor's degree Certified BMW Master Technician including all associated specialties ASE Certification, preferred 5+ years experience as a Master Technician or 10+ years experience as a premium brand Master Technician equivalency in training certifications Must have the ability to perform diagnoses of complex technical issues Must be able to work in workshop conditions, including outsideWHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00. The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.
