This position will oversee the administration of the company's business software, technology assets, software licensing, vendor relationships, and technology programs while helping improve efficiency across the organization. This is not a traditional IT position. We have an outside IT provider who manages our network infrastructure and hardware. This role focuses on our business systems, software applications, technology vendors, and helping employees maximize the technology they use every day. We are seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, improving business processes, and working with people just as much as working with technology. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in improving technology operations, increasing efficiency, and maximizing the company's investment in technology while working closely with department managers and our outsourced IT provider. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate with outside IT provider on software implementations, updates, testing, and system improvements. Manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and user access. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding for software and technology access. Research and recommend technology solutions that improve business processes and efficiency. Manage the company's cellular phone and copier/printer programs. Maintain technology inventories, documentation, and vendor relationships. Assist with technology purchasing and software implementations. Serve as the primary point of contact between departments, software vendors, and our outsourced IT provider. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting business software, technology systems, or software implementations. Experience with Microsoft 365 and business applications such as Sage 300, BuildPro, Enumerate, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly learn new software and technology. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. A combination of business operations knowledge and technology experience is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who enjoys improving business processes through technology and serving as a resource for employees across multiple departments.
