Our client is currently seeking a Data Analyst - IT - V Long-term Contract!

W2 This job will have the following responsibilities: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Compliance Data Analyst to support the Value organization in maintaining compliance with data governance regulations and internal policies. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks to ensure data integrity, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Targeted Years of Experience:
10-15 years Technical Compliance Data Analyst The Technical Compliance Data Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the Value organization adhere to regulations and policies governing data management and processing. This involves a blend of technical skills and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Generate and present reports and dashboards detailing compliance status, trends, and potential issues to management and other stakeholders.
Compliance Monitoring:
Design and implement monitoring systems to detect and track compliance risks, irregularities, and deviations from established policies and regulations.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance risks associated with data handling and processing activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes through data-driven insights and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration:
Work closely with legal, IT, security, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance standards and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical parts of the documentation, including control narratives, process flows, and evidence logs, to support audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
Regulatory Updates:
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to data protection and compliance auditing to ensure the organization adapts its practices as needed.
