RESPONSIBILITIES
)
OBJECTIVE
The Junior Analyst will provide primary support for Workfront proof reviews while also assisting with contract review and compliance activities . This role will help manage volume, improve turnaround times, and ensure consistent application of Delta Vacations legal, brand, and regulatory standards across marketing and commercial initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review Workfront proofs for compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements (e.g., disclosures, eligibility language, trademark usage). Monitor and manage proof deadlines to ensure timely reviewer responses and avoid escalation. Identify issues requiring escalation to Legal, or senior contract manager. Coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Legal stakeholders to resolve comments efficiently. Support initial contract reviews, by distinguishing standard vs. non-standard terms and documenting review decisions. Prepare redline summaries and issue lists for Legal and senior reviewers. Maintain contract trackers and communicate status updates across multiple stakeholders to support process efficiency and continuous improvement.
OTHER DUTIES
Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations for enhancements. Follow all corporate and departmental polices/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities. Support intake, prioritization, and tracking review requests across workstreams. Help find opportunities to streamline review workflows and reduce rework. Maintain organized records to support audit readiness and reporting Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. GA POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL Domestic and international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
(MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
) High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 to 3 years of technical writing experience in a corporate or agency environment Knowledge of DLV programs, policies, and procedures. Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook required. PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with marketing review processes, compliance concepts, or contract fundamentals preferred. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
