ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues o Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. o Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience o Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML o Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned. o Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives o Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities. o Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies. o Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.
