Operating within the Data Management team, this role is responsible for transforming complex data
- ranging from core banking systems to documents, communication, and external data sources
- into actionable intelligence. This role bridges business, analytics, and technology to deliver insights, and support governance and growth initiatives. Job Description Advanced Data Analysis Analyze large, complex structured data sets (example

) Contribute to defining and managing critical data elements (CDE), including those derived from unstructured sources. Other tasks as needed Qualifications Required 7-10+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or analytics within banking and financial services. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large scale structured data sets. Strong understanding of database and data warehouse concepts and structures. Experience working with unstructured data Proven ability to translate business problems into data solutions. Preferred Familiarity with NLP tools or frameworks (example- Python, NLP libraries etc) Experience with cloud data platforms (example
- Snowflake, Azure, AWS etc) Exposure to data catalogs, metadata management, or lineage tools Experience working in federated or domain-oriented data model Core Competencies Analytical Depth
