Contract Location:

Boston, MA Summary The analyst supports both homegrown and COTS/SaaS applications, resolving escalated incidents and service requests while maintaining SLA compliance and high customer service standards. The role also involves administering managed file transfer systems (MoveIT/SFTP), monitoring application performance, and driving proactive process improvements across the application portfolio.

Required Managed File Transfer:

MoveIT, SFTP, automated file transfer configuration and troubleshooting

Endpoint & Remote Tools:

SCCM, remote access tools

ITSM Platforms:

ServiceNow (preferred)

Application Monitoring:

Application performance monitoring and alerting tools

Networking:

Advanced troubleshooting across application and network domains
