This role is focused on strengthening the pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes that help AI products perform consistently, securely, and efficiently in production. Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support machine learning development, testing, version control, and deployment. Deploy ML models as APIs and microservices with attention to performance, stability, and latency. Set up basic monitoring to help track model behavior, data drift, and system health in production. Develop and improve ETL workflows that transform healthcare data into clean, usable datasets for training and inference. Support the creation and upkeep of feature stores and data layers that keep training and production environments aligned. Partner with backend teams to integrate ML outputs into core healthcare applications. Write clear, maintainable Python code and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices. Use Docker and Kubernetes to package and orchestrate ML workloads across environments. Follow established security and compliance practices for healthcare data and deployments. Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering. At least 2 years of experience working with machine learning systems in production environments. Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with Docker and containerized application workflows. Familiarity with ML tools and libraries such as PyTorch or Scikit-learn. Experience using MLOps tools or workflow platforms such as Airflow, Prefect, BentoML, or Kubeflow. Working knowledge of data processing tools such as Pandas, Spark, or dbt. Preferred Skills Experience with large language models or frameworks such as LangChain.
