Contract-to-hire Our client is seeking a HR Technology Analyst who will provide client support of their HR Technology deployment including Lawson (Infor) Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce reporting/ analytics and integrations to other applications. You will perform analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and the roll-out of expanded HR technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements. You will be responsible for leading designated projects within the HR Technology environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Strong working knowledge of our client's HR Technology applications (may vary based on assignments). Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve complex HR application issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective. Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders. Performs systems administration, data management, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications. Assists in troubleshooting data issues encountered by internal and external third party applications. Assists in performing Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by IS counterparts to enable new capabilities. Executes User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations. Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc. Develops HR Reports using Report Writing tools once provided clear specifications.
Required Skills:
High school diploma / GED is required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience working in an Human Resources or Information Technology environment. 2+ years of experience with SNOW Admin, Workday HCM, and HRIS are required. Proactive problem-solving skills. Business and system analysis skills. Technology aptitude and learning ability. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency using MS Office applications including MS Access and MS Excel. Database, report-writing, and data analysis experience. Customer service orientation. Collaboration and consensus-building skills. High level of accountability and ability to work independently Flexibility and adaptability.
