The Marketing Technology Analyst will drive technology adoption and services across Unilever's end-to-end marketing capabilities. This role is leading the data-driven marketing operations and analytics with a focus on consumer data and performance marketing. A strong emphasis is placed on establishing integrated consumer experiences, automation, and contributing to a scalable operational framework. Strong influencing and communication skills will be required to succeed in developing a scalable operational model. Who You are & What You'll Do The North American Consumer Technology Analyst position is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and is responsible for business partnering, strategic communication, vendor management, and operational excellence. The role resides within the NA UniOps organization and requires a n understanding of how data driven marketing services can impact local business operations . Areas of focus cover technology, data, and commerce. Through partnering brand/shopper teams, agencies, and internal service leads the role will facilitate consumer experience design, campaign execution, performance analytics, and automation . Principle to this role will be accelerating business growth via technical innovation, operational excellence , and education . In this role, the right candidate will possess a challenger mindset, be consumer and shopper obsessed, and capable of positively influencing cultural norms. Ability to hold him/herself accountable , communicate and inspire stakeholder confidence with creativity, and a positive attitude. Commitment to create linkages with the relevant business functions and implement services in accordance with organizational policies and methods. You're a born leader: This role works under broad direction and has accountability for own work and project / stakeholder responsibilities. Receives assignments in the form of Objectives, and Key Results (OKRs) orchestrated across the Consumer Technology Tribe via an agile methodology. The ability to gain stakeholder consensus, build coalitions, and contribute to the organizational vision will be crucial for success. You're a dot connector: A willingness to develop an industry network and organizational awareness that harmonize services a nd operations. This role is responsible for technology delivery including; demand management, execution, analytics, communications , and support. You're a changemaker: This position actively monitors technology trends and regularly identifies new and emerging technology opportunities. A passion for testing new ideas, automation, and creative solutions is essential.

What You'll Need To Succeed Bachelors Degree required 3 + years of experience in digital marketing analytics, personalization, and digital operations required Knowledge of analytics software products (Google or Adobe or other) Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and performance benchmarks Experience with industry standard CMS and e-comm platforms a plus Knowledge of CDPs and marketing cloud ecosystems a plus Experience working with external technology partners Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with industry standard CMS and e-comm platforms a plus Ability to tackle complex situations, evaluate alternative courses, and provide fact-based solutions/recommendations Understand the principles and execution of the agile methodology
