Job Description
The Finance Technology Investments Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining a robust governance process for evaluating, measuring and monitoring Finance Technology initiatives and their alignment to Citi's strategic priorities. This role requires someone who is dynamic, flexible, and can easily respond to quickly changing needs. The candidate must have the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity and be able to deliver on multiple responsibilities. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Finance Disciplines in governing their Technology Book of Work Support the Finance Technology Investment Lead in facilitating the monthly meetings with Finance Discipline Heads to analyze performance, risks and opportunities Play an active role in the annual Technology Investment intake, planning and prioritization processes Ensure Investment Requests align with Citi's strategic priorities Represent and support Finance at the various Citi Investment Lead Forums Take a leadership role in creating and driving solutions for continuous improvement Perform other duties and functions as assignedRecommended Qualifications :
5+ years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with minimal or offsite supervision Self-motivated and well organized- Proven track record; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decisions as required Excellent presentation skills and Power Point use Excellent analytical skills including Excel use Must be a self-starter with the ability to set high standards of deliverables.
