Who Will Succeed Here? Someone who has moved beyond basic Mac troubleshooting and is ready for greater responsibility. You don't need to be a network engineer or independently design an entire office infrastructure. You do need to be resourceful, technically curious, comfortable helping other technicians, and able to take responsibility for an issue and see it through to completion. Just as importantly, you should enjoy working with people. GeekHampton supports everyone from individual home users to businesses that rely on us for their everyday technology needs.
