Drive Sales Plan:
Client growth strategy aligned with organizational direction- Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure
- Proactive deal generation and large deal management
- P&L management of the account
- CXO-level engagement and relationship management; business stakeholder engagement
- Partnership with alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation
- Drive client's internal governance, compliance, and reporting
- Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement
- Prepare, plan, and execute sales & marketing plans for the account
- Team management and talent development
- Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects, and joint revenue growth
- Collaborate with other accounts in the unit for idea sharing, reference creation, and asset development for CPG ISU
