Demonstrated proficiency with incident management and ticketing systems, including triage, prioritization, escalation, and adherence to established IT support processes. Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), system support guides, and knowledge base articles used by IT and business staff. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to investigate issues across configurations, integrations, and data flows, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving assigned tasks through completion with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly translate technical details into business friendly explanations for non technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration across cross functional teams such as IT, program operations, vendors, developers, and business units.
