HR Technology Analyst The HR Enablement team helps modernize how HR delivers services, supports employees, and enables leaders through thoughtful, scalable technology solutions. Within HR Enablement, the HR Technology team partners across HR, IT, Supply Chain, and the business to improve processes, strengthen data and technology governance, and create better experiences for employees and leaders. This role has a primary focus on technology solutions that support our frontline workforce. The HR Technology Analyst will help ensure scheduling, attendance, texting, and other HR technology capabilities are designed, implemented, and supported in ways that are practical for frontline employees, managers, HR partners, and business leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
HR Technology Configuration, Support, and Optimization Lead complex configurations, enhancements and optimizations across HR Technology platforms, with a primary focus on solutions supporting the frontline workforce Partner with HR Technology Manager to translate business needs and functional requirements into scalable, practical technology solutions that align with HR, Supply Chain, and business priorities. Partner with HR, IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to align system design, support, and adoption with business needs. Support major system releases, updates, and enhancements, including validation, and testing activities. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources for system updates, process changes, and end-user support. Provide advanced troubleshooting and consultative support for HR technology solutions. Support data integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through strong governance practices. Process Improvement Partner across HR to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR technology solutions, helping identify opportunities to reduce manual work and enhance the employee, manager, frontline workforce, and HR partner digital experience. Champion strong data and technology governance practices, with a focus on data privacy, security, quality, sustainability, and consistent ways of working. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Innovation & Digital Enablement Partner with IT and the broader HR Enablement team to evaluate, pilot, and implement technology solutions that support evolving HR and business needs. Stay informed about relevant HR technology trends, emerging capabilities, and opportunities to improve frontline employee and manager experiences. Help stakeholders understand the benefits, trade-offs, adoption considerations, and long-term support needs of new tools and process changes. Drive innovation within HR Enablement by piloting new tools and educating peers on digital solutions.Mentorship & Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, partnering with IT, HR, and business teams to deliver HR technology solutions. Develop and execute validation and testing plans to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and readiness before launch or release.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 4 or more years of experience; inclusive of experience in technology 1 or more years of experience with HR technology (e.g.., Workday, Phenom, etc.)- preferred Proven problem-solving abilities, including deep knowledge of system configurations, process optimization, and data integrity
- required Experience in participating in and navigating multiple complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- required Experience in human-centered design or similar approaches to understanding user needs and improving technology-enabled experiences
- preferred Experience driving continuous system enhancements
- required Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Arden Hills (preferred) open to remote Salary range: $81,200- $121,800 (in most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges)
