Information Technology Analyst

As part of NRCA's IT team, this position is responsible for updating and managing website, CMS, association management system, collecting requirements, defining project scope and details, testing, assisting in updates to AI search engine, managing NRCA's email and website marketing and working with various NRCA's departments to define projects, requests, and support tickets. Writes and edits new content for NRCA's websites Assists with marketing email and e-newsletter. Participates in discussions regarding website design, functionality and content Uses HTML to upload content to NRCA's content management system Provides overall support for IT support ticket requests from the NRCA staff Manages scope, requirements and timelines in coordination with the Manager of IT Projects Provides timely project updates, statuses, and deadlines. Assists in various requests for managing and servicing the association management system Assists and leads various aspects of application testing and quality assurance. Assists in doing content updates to improve AI search engines results and visibility. Assists in performing basic SEO to improve website visibility. Assists in analyzing data and provide actionable insights for decision making Excellent multitasking, problem solving, and communication skills. Basic knowledge of markup and coding languages and management tools such as HTML, JavaScript, content management system (CMS) and cascading style sheets (CSS) Strong attention to detail/accuracy Ability to meet deadlines/schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work with a team and work independently Initiative, proactive contributor to the department Basic understanding of AI and SEO. Ability to think beyond static reports/reporting

Educatioin/Experience Required :

Degree in Information Technology (IS, CS, MIS) with at least one year's experience in the information technology field. Or, four-year college degree with at least three years in the information technology field. Travel and Overtime Requirements Occasional overtime will be required of this position.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
