Dealer Support Specialist (Application Support)
Location:
Moline, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week)
Compensation:
$25-$27/hour

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) About the Role We are seeking a Dealer Support Specialist to join a dealer?facing application support team. This role focuses on supporting business and financial software applications used by dealers, providing issue analysis, resolution, and a strong customer experience. This is not an infrastructure, networking, or desktop support role. Candidates must have hands?on experience supporting software applications or business systems. Key Responsibilities Provide application and business system support to dealer and internal users Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined support processes Clearly communicate technical and functional information to dealers and business users Track, document, and escalate issues appropriately following established procedures Support financial and accounting?related system functionality Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction Continuously build functional and technical knowledge of supported applications Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience supporting software applications or business systems 1+ year of experience in application support, service desk, or customer support with a strong customer?service focus Ability to communicate clearly with non?technical users Proven ability to follow support processes and escalation paths Demonstrated learning mindset and adaptability Foundational understanding of GAAP, including bookkeeping, general ledger concepts, reconciliations, and financial statements Preferred / Nice?to?

Have Experience Exposure to dealer operations or dealer?facing business applications Familiarity with IT service management concepts such as ITIL or Lean Service Management Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 Basic understanding of security fundamentals, including identity management and multi?factor authentication Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis or troubleshooting Awareness of API concepts and system integrations Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week in Moline, IL Fully remote candidates will not be considered #LI-DO1 #INDEPI
