Technical Solutions Consultant RedCloud Consulting - 3.4 Puyallup, WA Job Details $125,000 - $135,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Rapid prototyping Salesforce Cloud Prototype creation CRM system proficiency Healthcare IT Prototypes Full Job Description RedCloud seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to support immediate client operations.
Location:
United States (Remote)
Overview:
RedCloud is seeking a versatile Technical Solutions Consultant to analyze and improve our client's complex healthcare referral workflows while designing and delivering practical technology solutions. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with business analysis, process improvement, and rapid prototyping. The consultant will work directly with client stakeholders to understand end-to-end workflows, translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable technical opportunities, and build testable proofs of concept that improve referral performance, patient experience, data quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, client-focused problem solver with strong technical aptitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to quickly turn ideas into working solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Learn the client's full Value-Driven Referrals (VDR) workflow end to end including the data, the systems, the handoffs, the manual workarounds, and the pain points (primarily living in Salesforce). Act as a business analyst/process improver: support discovery and stakeholder interviews, document current-state vs. future-state, and translate fuzzy business problems into concrete technical opportunities. Get hands dirty as a developer: configure and build in Salesforce (and adjacent tools) and own implementation. Design and build up to three prototypes/proofs-of-concept that make the future state visible and are polished enough for the client to test directly. Assess KPIs, reporting, and data quality tied to referral performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency. Identify automation and AI opportunities and where they realistically fit into the workflow. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: 3+ years of hands-on delivery experience. Hands-on development experience building software and config. Prior Salesforce development experience. Exposure to Business Analyst work, including comfort in ambiguity, ability to decompose a complex process, etc. Rapid prototyping mindset with a bias toward putting something testable in front of people quickly. Strong written and verbal communication. Previous healthcare industry experience and/or ability to quickly ramp up in a complex, regulated domain. Flows, Apex, Lightning/LWC, reports & dashboards, data model, and configuration experience in Salesforce preferred. Experience with low-code / rapid-prototyping tools, integrations, or data visualization preferred. Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience preferred. Exposure to AI/automation tooling applied to real workflows preferred. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
