In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of seamless integrations between Workday's financial management system and various enterprise applications. Your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insights across financial processes, supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, management consulting partners, and clients to deliver enterprise solutions that enhance operational performance and business growth. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end integration projects for Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and strategic objectives. Develop detailed process maps and technical specifications to facilitate efficient data flow between Workday and external systems. Collaborate with management consulting teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial operations. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using robust project management methodologies to ensure successful implementation. Conduct comprehensive data analysis and business analysis to support system configuration, testing, and validation activities.
