In this role, you will form an integral part of the business, maintaining all systems and hardware, from checking and reporting on system status to installing new technology and troubleshooting software. You will operate in a fast-paced, hands-on role, using your knowledge of computer hardware and systems, along with strong customer service skills, to provide timely support to staff and clients. The Position:

Install and configure new technology, including hardware, networks, security systems, keycard entry, and applications Maintain existing hardware and troubleshoot systems, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise Evaluate, test, and roll out new applications or operating systems company-wide Set up employee profiles, emails, access credentials, and support password-related issues Run regular security checks and electrical safety tests on all systems and UPS units Write reports on the status of company hardware and software

The Person:
