5+ years of experience delivering projects for government or public sector organizations Current, active Workday certifications in Talent and Performance 5+ years of hands-on work with Workday Performance Management 5+ years of hands-on work with Workday Talent Management
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a consultant to join our US Public Service practice and help deliver a complete, start-to-finish Workday implementation for government clients. The team's core focus is building out and rolling out the Workday Talent and Performance modules, turning intricate client requirements into smooth, efficient HR processes. In this client-facing role, you'll act as the subject matter expert, running design sessions and guiding the project through its key milestones.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Set up security roles, business process structures, and system configurations that meet public sector requirements. Own every phase of the deployment cycle, from designing business processes through testing and go-live. Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering, virtually and on camera. Work closely with client executives and stakeholders to walk through solution designs and recommend best practices. Convert public sector and government needs into scalable functional and technical Workday solutions. Build, configure, and support the Workday Talent and Performance Management modules in line with client objectives.
