HRIS/HCM
experience and strong hands-on expertise in Workday implementation, configuration, integrations, reporting, and production support. The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations , enhancements, releases, and production support. Configure and maintain Core HCM , including organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, compensation structures, business processes, and supervisory organizations. Work with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll based on business requirements. Design and configure complex Business Processes , including condition rules, validations, approvals, notifications, routing, and security. Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Configure and troubleshoot Workday Security , including security groups, domain security policies, business process security policies, and role-based access. Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports , calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards. Build and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT . Support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll providers, benefits vendors, identity-management platforms, financial systems, and other third-party applications. Perform mass data loads and conversions using EIB and other Workday data-loading tools. Troubleshoot integration failures, business-process issues, security problems, data discrepancies, and production incidents. Participate in Workday semiannual release testing , impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment planning. Create functional and technical documentation, including configuration workbooks, integration specifications, test scripts, SOPs, and support documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Workday consultants and developers. Follow change-management, SDLC, data-privacy, and security best practices. Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle processes, including Hire, Change Job, Transfer, Promotion, Compensation Change, Leave, and Termination. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple Workday enhancements and production issues in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Workday certification(s) in HCM, Integrations, Reporting, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or related areas. Experience leading Workday implementation or optimization projects. Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, Orchestrate, or Adaptive Planning is a plus. Experience integrating Workday with enterprise platforms and third-party HR/payroll vendors.
