Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, architect scalable solutions, guide development efforts, and ensure high-quality delivery across all engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and additional modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to junior consultants and developers. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while ensuring platform integrity and adherence to development standards. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs, MID Servers, and integration frameworks. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements proactively. Support pre-sales initiatives such as solution design, demonstrations, and proposal contributions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration. Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments (minimum 2+ years). Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of the ServiceNow architecture and data model. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications Required:
Junior Level:
CSA and at least 1 CIS (any), plus
CAD Intermediate Level:
CSA and at least 2 CIS (any), plus
CAD Senior Level:
CAS and at least 3 CIS (any), plus CAD
