This year, we are looking for new graduates to join us in Associate I roles. Responsibilities Collaborate with project team and clients to understand and address business and technical problems Provide IT functional and technical support, with a focus on web or non-web-based systems Configure and implement Low Code/No Code Platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Apps, SharePoint Develop solutions in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, or Python Analyze and resolve technical challenges Conduct analysis and make recommendations on technical approaches and solutions Create and maintain reports and dashboards Take training to learn new technologies, programming languages, and platforms as needed to perform the duties of your project and systems; help create prototypes and proofs of concept Required Experience Familiar with computer science concepts, principles and designs Experience with design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications Experience with web development technologies Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C# and Python Experience with web application frameworks Knowledge of data analytics and visualization principles Experience with database technologies and concepts; knowledge of SQL Knowledge of the following is optional: Human Centered Design, GIS, Mobile Development, Big Data, AI/ML and IoT Knowledge of implementing solutions on a cloud environment is optional (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism Detail-orientation and critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving Ability to manage workload and time efficiently Ability to work independently at times and to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to redirect efforts to ensure project success
