This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in telecommunications design, engineering, and project management. If you've used Revit in school, completed engineering or design coursework, or are passionate about technology and building systems, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work alongside experienced designers and engineers who will provide mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities for professional growth. This position offers a clear career path, allowing motivated individuals to develop technical expertise and advance into project leadership roles as they gain experience. Responsibilities Create and modify telecommunications design drawings using Revit. Support the design of structured cabling, network infrastructure, and low-voltage systems for commercial and industrial projects. Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and construction teams to integrate technology systems into building designs. Assist with drafting and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Participate in project coordination meetings and design reviews. Learn industry standards and best practices related to telecommunications and low-voltage design. Support project schedules and deliverables while working alongside senior designers and project managers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience using Revit through coursework, academic projects, internships, or professional experience. Strong interest in telecommunications, technology infrastructure, or building systems design. Ability to read and interpret engineering or construction drawings. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to revit through coursework or projects. Internship, co-op, or project experience related to engineering, construction, drafting, or design. Interest in pursuing industry certifications such as BICSI or RCDD. Familiarity with electrical, low-voltage, or telecommunications systems. Project Exposure Team members may have the opportunity to support the design of: Structured cabling and high-bandwidth network infrastructure Data centers and mission-critical facilities Wireless network systems Security, access control, and surveillance systems Audio-visual and communications systems Broadband and outside plant infrastructure Building automation and smart building technologies Voice, data, and video network systems Why Join Us? Pay:
Competitive compensation based on education, skills, and experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
