Job Description A quick service restaurant is exploring a UI/UX Designer to support a website redesign initiative. This role leans heavily toward visual design first, with UX expertise built on top of strong creative and branding capabilities. The team is looking for someone who can create visually compelling digital experiences, incorporate motion and micro-interactions, and clearly articulate the rationale behind their design decisions. Portfolio quality will be the single most important evaluation factor. Skills and Requirements 6-10+ years of UI/UX and visual design experience Strong visual design portfolio showcasing original, high-quality work Advanced Figma expertise Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically: Photoshop Illustrator Experience designing customer-facing web experiences Ability to explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders Strong collaboration and feedback incorporation skills Understanding of UX principles layered on top of visual design expertise Experience with micro-animations and interactive user engagement concepts Experience with motion design After Effects experience Lottie animation experience Experience creating or contributing to design systems Experience working on consumer-facing brand websites Familiarity with highly engaging digital experiences similar to modern mobile applications
