Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for a creative and user-focused designer who can translate business goals and user needs into engaging digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive websites, mobile applications, and digital products that enhance user satisfaction and drive business results.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows.

Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Identify pain points and recommend improvements to optimize user experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and business needs.

User Interface (UI)Design visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.

Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Apply best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

Produce high-fidelity designs ready for development.

Collaboration & ExecutionPartner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Participate in design reviews and provide rationale for design decisions.

Work alongside developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.

Monitor performance and user feedback to continuously improve products.
