Job Description

Senior Funnel & UX Designer Amplifi LLC Eagle, ID Job Details Full-time From $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Looker Upselling User flows Data-driven problem-solving Financial services Figma Full Job Description The Role You'll own sales funnels and digital experiences end to end. Not the design handed to a developer or the build handed to a marketer. The whole thing. You take a funnel from strategy and page architecture through design, copy layout, build, launch, measurement, and iteration. When the data says something isn't working, you form a hypothesis, change it, and measure again. You'll join a small, talented team and share a roadmap that currently includes webinar funnels, event and workshop launches, quiz and lead-magnet funnels, checkout and post-purchase experiences, and the UX of our member platform. This is a role for someone who likes wearing multiple hats. Complete funnels and experiences here get designed, built, and shipped often by one person, start to finish. In a single day you might be a strategist, designer, builder, and analyst. If you'd rather hand work off between specialists, this isn't the right fit. If owning the whole thing is the part you love, it is. What You'll Do Design and build complete funnels: landing pages, registration flows, checkouts, upsells, post-purchase, and the email/SMS sequences that connect them.
Own conversion optimization:
audit underperforming pages, run A/B tests, and make changes that show up in conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and revenue.
Report on what you ship:
pull performance data, know what it means, and walk the team through what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing next.
Improve experiences beyond funnels:
onboarding flows, member-facing pages, and product UX on our platform. The craft is the same, the surface changes.
Work independently:
take a project from a one-line brief to live without needing someone to unblock you at every step. What You Bring Senior-level experience (roughly 5+ years): real shipped work you can show, whether funnels, landing pages, or product experiences, with results you can talk about in numbers. A background in UX and/or conversion optimization: you think in user journeys, hierarchy, and friction, not just layouts. Builder's skill set: comfortable building and launching in modern web and marketing tools, and picking up new platforms quickly. We work in GoHighLevel, webinar platforms, Figma, and data reporting tools daily.
Data fluency:
you read analytics without waiting for a report, and your design opinions come with evidence attached. Low ego, high ownership: you'll sit with the founder, sales, retention, and creative teams and turn what you hear into better experiences. Nice to Have Financial services, education, coaching, or high-ticket offer experience. Email/SMS lifecycle experience (sequences, segmentation, deliverability). Analytics tooling such as GA4, Looker Studio, or attribution platforms. Motion, brand systems, or front-end skills that raise the ceiling on what you can ship. Details Full-time, in office in Eagle, Idaho. Competitive compensation, discussed in the interview process. Small team, direct access to leadership, and unusual freedom to own your work end to end.
