Program Delivery & Execution:

Lead end-to-end program delivery and execution across Time & Materials and Fixed Price projects, ensuring full technical, schedule, financial, and contractual compliance. ?

Technical Advisory & Solutions:

Serve as a technical and programmatic advisor to understand customer needs, define requirements, and capture new business/bids. ?

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Manage cross-functional engineering teams, subcontractors, and business strategy sessions to drive operational alignment and business growth. ?

Governance & Quality:

Establish and track operational KPIs (telematics uptime, machine utilization, safety incident rates) and govern decision-making processes for streamlined execution. ?

P&L & Financial Accountability:

Own P&L accountability across all services, driving bookings, revenue, margin, and multi-year program budget planning. ?

Risk & Change Management:

Proactively track and manage project risks, change implementations, and lessons learned. ?

Resource & Talent Management:

Build dynamic capacity models, manage staffing SLAs across plant and field operations, and coach engineering team staff. ?

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the single point of ownership for customer delivery experience, leading QBRs and partnering with Sales on business development.
