Mid-Level UI/UX Engineer [$263k/yr+]

Poly Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
  • Lead user experience planning, visual design, and interactive prototyping within an agile engineering environment.
  • Elicit user requirements and translate them into intuitive wireframes, storyboards, and interface guidelines.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary development teams to bridge UI/UX design with modern cloud and AI-driven architectures.
Qualifications & Compensation:
    Degree:
    Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Years of experience: 8+ years
    Total Compensation:
    $263k+ yearly (tentative)
    Job Description:
    • Direct the planning, design, and development activities to create compelling user experiences for complex tools and systems.
    • Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and optimization across multiple development efforts.
    • Build screen mock-ups, interactive prototypes, visual designs, and interaction specifications for technical teams.
    • Work closely with Product Owners and developers to review implementations and ensure adnce to design standards.
    • knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, Linux environments, and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
    • Incorporate emerging concepts and workflows involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
