Poly Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.Summary:
- Lead user experience planning, visual design, and interactive prototyping within an agile engineering environment.
- Elicit user requirements and translate them into intuitive wireframes, storyboards, and interface guidelines.
- Partner with multidisciplinary development teams to bridge UI/UX design with modern cloud and AI-driven architectures.

Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Years of experience: 8+ years
Total Compensation:
$263k+ yearly (tentative)Job Description:
- Direct the planning, design, and development activities to create compelling user experiences for complex tools and systems.
- Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and optimization across multiple development efforts.
- Build screen mock-ups, interactive prototypes, visual designs, and interaction specifications for technical teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners and developers to review implementations and ensure adnce to design standards.
- knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, Linux environments, and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
- Incorporate emerging concepts and workflows involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
