Bring your design systems expertise to a role focused on shaping scalable, reusable digital experiences across web and mobile. In this position, you'll partner with designers, engineers, product managers, and accessibility specialists to improve consistency, usability, and efficiency through thoughtful system design and collaboration. Responsibilities Design, maintain, and improve reusable components, patterns, and shared assets in Figma. Identify opportunities to standardize solutions and strengthen scalability across digital products. Work closely with cross-functional partners to align design intent with production implementation. Create and update documentation, usage guidance, and best practices that support adoption across teams. Help ensure components and patterns are accessible, inclusive, and responsive across platforms. Contribute to design reviews, governance processes, and collaboration workflows that support a healthy design system. Evaluate tools and practices that improve design efficiency and design-to-development handoff. Skills 5+ years of UX or product design experience with meaningful design system contribution or ownership. Hands-on experience building or evolving reusable components, patterns, and shared libraries. Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, and library management. Strong understanding of design system architecture and scalable design practices. Experience creating clear documentation, standards, and guidance that drive consistency. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers to support accurate implementation. Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Experience designing for responsive web and modern digital products. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience supporting design systems across web, iOS, and Android. Familiarity with design tokens, governance models, contribution processes, or release workflows. Exposure to modern design-to-code workflows and product development practices. Interest in or experience with AI-assisted design and development tools, such as prompt-based interfaces, code generation, Figma Make, or MCP-enabled tooling.
