This role partners with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, develop prototypes, and deliver modern user experiences while supporting front-end implementation and technical documentation. Duties Design responsive, accessible user interfaces for enterprise web and mobile applications. Required Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX design, user experience research, web application design, or related fields. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design. Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including technical documentation and presentations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with U.S. Web Design System (USWDS), Section 508, or WCAG accessibility standards.
