Full Job Description Note :
We need only W2 candidates User Experience Design Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments. Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities. Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows. Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives. User Interface Design Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable design components. Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms. Collaboration & Delivery Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities. Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams. Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems. Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
