A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills § Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools. § Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems. § Knowledge of conversational UX, AI explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and trust-centered interface design. § Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. § Strong collaboration skills with business SMEs, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams. Excellent visual communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities § Design human-centered experiences for AIG's Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens. § Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design specifications. § Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points & adoption considerations across business lines. § Define UX patterns that support explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and safe AI adoption. § Collaborate with UI developers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation. § Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from business users, product owners, security, and compliance stakeholders. § Maintain design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and accessibility checks.
