The Opportunity We're looking for a highly capable and resourceful person to work directly with the owners of several businesses spanning AI/software, construction technology, real estate, vacation rentals, self-storage, and new ventures. This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. You'll help identify problems, research solutions, coordinate projects, and use modern AI technology to turn ideas and objectives into completed results. What You'll Do Research business problems and recommend solutions Use AI extensively for research, analysis, and execution Help develop and manage AI-powered workflows and agents Turn ideas into actionable project plans Coordinate projects through completion Research technologies, competitors, vendors, and opportunities Improve business processes and systems Communicate with employees, vendors, and outside partners Keep projects organized and moving forward Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Highly organized and dependable Resourceful and intellectually curious Self-motivated and accountable Excited about AI and technology A strong researcher and problem-solver Detail-oriented and a fast learner A clear communicator Comfortable working independently Driven to finish what they start Advanced AI or AI-agent experience is a plus, but not required.
