A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Job Description
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience. + 8-10 years of relevant UX, UI, usability, product design, or related experience + Demonstrated understanding and experience creating UI designs and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, anchored in Human-Centered Design ( HCD ) principles and informed by user research to support iterative, evidence-based product development. + Experience supporting usability evaluations, task-based testing, or user-centered product validation + Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers + Clear understanding of Agile methodologies. + Strong written, analytical, facilitation, and communication skillsPreferred Skills and Experience:
+ Experience supporting government digital products + Experience supporting UAT planning or facilitation + Familiarity with accessibility principles and inclusive design + Experience working within Agile product teams + Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operational processes preferred + Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or familiarity with VA systems preferred + Experience with VA Telehealth operations, workflows, and tools (including virtual care platforms) strongly desiredClearance Required:
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance. Posted Salary Range USD $120,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
