Job Description
Job Summary The UX/UI Designer creates user-friendly, web-centric digital experiences that align with Client brand identity and drive customer satisfaction. This hybrid role involves understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and optimizing usability to improve conversion metrics. The designer collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities In fuse brand identity into digital communications, including promotional campaigns, seasonal, evergreen, and core content. Create wireframes and prototypes, storyboards, and sitemaps to visualize design concepts. Optimize existing designs to improve usability and meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content specialists. Support usability improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion outcomes. Required Qualifications Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects, Illustrator) Familiarity with Google Material Design patterns Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and content teams Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web browser technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience optimizing digital campaigns and evergreen content Ability to balance creative design with business objectives
