Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

- Physical Requirements
- Work is performed primarily in an office environment, and in-person attendance is required. The position requires the use of standard office equipment, including computers and keyboards. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
