Job Description:

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging digital experiences that influence how millions of customers shop and interact with products daily. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user-centered solutions that align business objectives with customer needs. You will lead end-to-end design efforts, working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges. Your work will translate insights into impactful designs, ensuring solutions are usable, scalable, and visually compelling across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle Design end-to-end user experiences, including flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes Partner with product managers to define strategy and prioritize high-impact features Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready, scalable designs Contribute to and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design system Plan and conduct user testing sessions, translating insights into design improvements Facilitate or participate in design workshops to drive alignment and innovation Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Recent enterprise-level experience B2B experience Strong understanding of responsive design and developer handoff best practices Proven experience working in agile or iterative product development environments Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, prototyping, and end-to-end design process Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams Strong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formats Excellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated empathy for users and commitment to understanding customer needs
