Developing modern HTML/JavaScript applications that integrate with REST APIs and backend services. Creating reusable UI components, shared libraries, and scalable front-end architectures. Designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments using tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, EXP, Control Tower, or similar experimentation platforms. Using analytics and telemetry platforms to measure customer behavior and validate experiment outcomes. Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers to define hypotheses, success metrics, and implementation plans. Experience working within Agile teams using Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable engineering workflows. Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and maintainable front-end architecture. Online experimentation strategy, including hypothesis development, audience targeting, segmentation, statistical significance, and KPI measurement. Experience supporting subscription, ecommerce, offers, pricing, entitlement, or personalized customer experiences. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms. Experience helping mature experimentation programs and operational processes. Passion for gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer products.Benefits
