Position Responsibilities Gain hands-on experience developing user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for Uline's internal web applications. Conduct research and analyze feedback from employees to understand their needs, identify opportunities and inform design decisions. Collaborate with designers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver quality user-centered solutions. Minimum Requirements This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or a related field. Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools. Portfolio demonstrating UX Design experience.
