Position Responsibilities Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline's customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities. Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions. Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in User Experience (UX) Design / Research , Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology or related field. 2+ years of UX research experience. Experience facilitating collaborative workshops. Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.
