Evenings & Weekends Looking for a part-time job that's a little different? We're looking for driven, dependable, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Escape Room Game Masters. Game Masters are at the center of the guest experience—from welcoming groups and setting the scene for their adventure to monitoring games, delivering clues, and making sure each room is ready for the next group. This position is a great fit for actors, students, creative personalities, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and bringing energy to an experience. Previous escape room experience is not required. We can teach you the games—we're looking for the right personality, reliability, attention to detail, and work ethic. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a fun, friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Deliver engaging game introductions, rules, and story briefings to groups. Monitor games and provide clues or assistance when appropriate. Reset escape rooms quickly and accurately between reservations. Learn the puzzles, props, technology, and reset procedures for multiple games. Take group photos and help create a memorable end to each experience. Keep game rooms, guest areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Complete assigned cleaning, maintenance, and operational tasks during downtime. Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor game repairs when needed. Work alongside other team members to keep reservations running on time. Requirements Flexible availability is required , including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Must be dependable and punctual , with reliable transportation to scheduled shifts. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service. Able to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, crawling, cleaning, painting, and lifting up to 30-40 lbs. Comfortable using basic hand tools and assisting with minor game repairs. Able to quickly and accurately reset locks, drawers, props, puzzles, shelves, and other game components within established timeframes. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow game reset procedures and checklists accurately. Able to remain productive during downtime by completing cleaning, maintenance, and assigned operational tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers. Must follow all company dress, appearance, and uniform standards. Ability to learn multiple escape rooms, including their stories, puzzles, clue systems, and reset procedures. The Right Person We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and naturally good with people. You should be comfortable talking to groups, bringing some personality to the experience, and jumping in wherever needed. This is a hands-on job where attention to detail matters just as much as having fun. Our guests are coming to us for an experience, so we want Game Masters who can bring energy to their shift even when it's the fifth group they've hosted that day.
