Overview Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Game Master, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages! As a key member of our entertainment team, you will greets guests, establish all rules for safe and emersive gameplay, and monitor players from our control room to ensure a positive experience. Additional duties will include answering the phone and emails, facilitating upsells and positive reviews, and maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility. This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to combine your love for games and customer service into a rewarding weekend position. A positive attitude and team mentality are a must. Requirements Experience working in entertainment or hospitality environments Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor; comfortable speaking publicly Comfortable encouraging guests to play multiple rooms per visit Dedication to providing a safe environment or staff and guests Additional Bonuses Include Tips from guests Bonuses for positive reviews Bonuses for upsells Please note There are typically two shifts a day (10a to 5p and 5p to close). We ONLY are interviewing applicants with weekend availability (Friday night and all day Saturday and Sunday). We are looking for candidates interested in working 1 to 3 times per week on these days.
